Balancing a creative identity with the demands of a commercial job, while building a meaningful personal life, has been a process of trial and adjustment.
Therapy has been an important part of my own life, helping me slow down and understand myself more deeply.
I’ve experienced my own challenges with anxiety, depression, OCD, intrusive thoughts, and periods of feeling overwhelmed or stuck. These experiences, alongside my professional background in banking and business settings supporting debt-related and relational difficulties, have given me a grounded understanding of how it can feel when things become heavy or unclear.
As a therapist, I don’t see my role as analysing you from a distance. Instead, I offer a steady, collaborative space where we can begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing in a way that feels human and manageable.
I’ll work alongside you to explore patterns and feelings at your own pace, supporting understanding and clarity without pressure.

My approach is grounded in the person-centred way of working, which is based on empathy, respect, and working with you as a whole person rather than as a problem to be fixed.
You won’t be expected to lead everything or find the right words on your own. My role is to stay alongside you, helping you make sense of what you’re experiencing as it unfolds.
While I don’t direct the process or tell you what decisions to make, I am actively engaged in the work with you — offering reflections, noticing patterns, and helping you explore things in a way that feels steady and manageable.
Over time, this can help you build a clearer understanding of yourself, your feelings, and the patterns that may feel stuck or overwhelming.
