Sessions are charged at £50 per counselling hour (50 minutes), but concessions available to Students / Counsellors-In-Training, contact me to discuss

I offer a FREE 30 minute initial session without obligation (phone, online or in-person)

This is a chance to explore your needs and discuss how therapy can be beneficial for you.

50 minute Sessions

£50

Our counselling sessions are 50 minutes, offering a focused and effective approach. Working together, I am here to support you.

Availability

Appointments currently available for in-person and / or online sessions

In-Person

I offer a space to work together and in-person from my tranquil and private practice room, based in Nottingham

Online

I also offer sessions online to connect us if that would a preferred, more comfortable or even just a more convenient way for us to meet and work together

Cancellations

Cancellations are occasionally necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, which I understand. However I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid a charge.
