Working with adults over 18, I support people experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
You don’t need to be facing a specific crisis to come to counselling. Many people come simply because life feels heavy, stuck, or unclear.
I offer person-centred counselling, which means I won’t tell you what to do or analyse you as an expert on your life.
Instead, I aim to offer a steady, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, and begin to make sense of what’s happening for you.
I offer a free 30-minute initial session so we can meet, talk through what you’re looking for, and see whether working together feels right.
There’s no pressure to commit—this is simply a chance to see how it feels to talk.

I am an accredited member of the NCPS and a registered member of the BACP, working within their ethical frameworks to ensure safe and professional practice.

Alongside my private practice, I have worked with a range of clients through respected counselling services in Nottingham.
